A basic plan for part renovation of a redundant area at the back of a SE7 garden. Here we're doing concept work to help identify a possible scheme to then get landscaping quotes in. Its super important to ensure clients have a clear plan of their ideas so that estimates are sound and no surprises regarding available budgets.

Ch,ch,changes! A Greenwich design was built end of last year but now we're working-up the planting. A few tweaks were made on-site to the original plan thus the dimensions have changed. Here we've rechecking the areas allowing us to accurately design the planting plans and subsequently cost. While design is important to plan the garden, often changes are made due to a variety of factors. This can include changes to the available site (e.g., new house extension vs. garden area), client preferences and site conditions (i.e., hidden services, infrastructure).

Planting plans are important to help pre-determine the feel and aesthetics of the planting as well as the cost! Plant costs have risen sharply over recent years due to Brexit, pest and disease mitigation at the borders as well as raw material and energy costs. While we will always ensure great planting we need to also be accurate regarding client expectations and budget.
